Phthalocyanine class of pigment has a strong property of electron supply, and forms a weak electron-transfer complex combining with an electron attractive monomer. Therefor, by treating the phthalocyanine pigment particles with the electron attractive monomer, the monomer is made graft on the boundary surface of pigment particles, so that the dispersion property into the binder resin and the adhesion between the pigment particles and the binder resin can be increased.
