PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacture cost by forming a resist material on dielectric ceramics and forming an electrode film for frequency adjustment, electrode films on an inner and an outer peripheral surface, and an electrode film on a side surface by a dip coating method. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy-based thermosetting resin 3 is printed on the side surface of the dielectric ceramics 1 by using a screen and caked and dried at 150 deg.C for 30 minutes. The ceramics 1 is dipped in a dip tank 5 which contains electrode paste liquid 4. Then, the tank is rotated by a centrifugal separator to dry the paste, silver paste is baked at 800 deg.C, and then the eleetrode film on the printed resist is separated. Consequently, the electrode film 2c for frequency adjustment is formed on the side surface, the electrode film 2a as an internal conductor is formed on the inner peripheral surface, and the electrode film 2b as an external conductor is formed on the outer peripheral surface; and an entire electrode film 2D which short-circuits the electrode films 2a and 2b is formed on the side surface. |
