PURPOSE:To prevent the poor filling of raw material from coming short by a method wherein the magnitudes of raw material filling pressures at the locations in which poor filling is apt to occur are converted to the moving distances of pressure receivers and the moving states of the pressure receivers are detected by sensors. CONSTITUTION:A part 16c opposing to a sensor is provided on the other end of a pressure receiving head 16. The part 16c opposes to the sensor 19 fitted in the inner hole 18 of the other mold 13. When raw material A is filled in the interior of a cavity 14 under pressure and the moving distance of the head 16 installed at a location in which poor filling of material is apt to develop is not brought within the predetermined range by the inner pressure of the cavity exceeding the predetermined set pressure, the sensor 19 does not detect the part 16c opposing to the sensor 19 of the head 16. In that case, the insufficient filling signal to tell the generation of short shot or sinking is issued from the sensor 19, resulting in bringing an molding unloader into actuation so as to select a defective product. |
