PURPOSE:To improve reliability by superposing internal conductor on each other widely and making electric connection with input/output terminals led out in the opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:On the triplate line consisting of external conductors 2a and 2b, dielectric substrates 1a and 1b, and internal conductors 4a and 4b, input/output terminals 3a and 3b are formed at right angles to the adhered surfaces of the external conductors 2a and 2b to constitute a triplate line type microwave circuit. In this case, the input/output terminals 3a and 3b formed on the dielectric substrates 1a and 1b where the internal conductors 4a and 4b are adhered are connected directly to one-side terminals of the internal conductors 4a and 4b through through-hole conductors and the input/output terminals 3a and 3b led out in the opposite directions are connected electrically by superposing on the internal conductor 4b at the other terminal where the input/output terminals 3a and 3b are not connected directly so that the width is increased in a prescribed section. Consequently, the reliability of the connection between the input/ output terminals 3a and 3b by the face contacting between the internal conductors 4a and 4b is improved. |
