PURPOSE:To maintain photosynthetic bacteria in soil or water, to multiply and to contrive to keep their effects for a long period, by adsorbing the photosynthetic bacteria on zeolite. CONSTITUTION:This photosynthetic bacterium adsorbed material is formed by adsorbing photosynthetic bacteria on zeolite. Rhodopseudomonas capsulatus of Athiornodaceae is used as the photosynthetic bacteria. The cultivated photosynthetic bacteria, for example, are adsorbed on zeolite by adding about 20cc marine alga essence to about 400cc culture solution wherein the photosynthetic bacteria are thickly suspended, further adding about 12l water and spraying the prepared solution upon about 20kg zeolite. |
