<p>Catalytic isomerization of paraffinic feedstocks containing at least about 1 ppm by weight sulfur is effected using an isomerization catalyst comprising a hydrogenation/dehydrogenation catalyst supported on molecular sieve without undue loss catalytic activity or selectivity by maintaining the water content of the feedstock below about 5 ppm by weight water.</p> |
