PURPOSE:To facilitate microscopic adjustment of a thermal welding part to an appropriate position, by constituting operation of the thermal welding part so that either of both manual pressing work and work by a driving electric motor can be selected freely by providing a fitting and separating mechanism of a specific mechanism on the thermal welding part. CONSTITUTION:A thermal welding part 19 is provided with a fitting mechanism 53 making either a thermal welding part 19 movable manually by separating the same from a pinon 52 and rack 48 or the thermal welding part 19 movable on the contrary by a driving electric motor 49 by fitting the pinion 52 in the rack 48. In the case where the thermal welding part 19 is moved manually, a solenoid 54 is turned OFF, the pinion 52 is separated from the rack 48 and a base member 20 is moved under the guidance of rails 43A, 43B and a guide bar 47. On the contrary, in the case where the thermal welding part 19 is moved by the electric motor 49, a movable iron core 54A is sucked by exciting the solenoid 54, links 55A, 55B are turned through a connecting plate 61, the pinion 52 is geared with the rack 48 by rocking a rocking plate 51 and the base member 20 of the thermal welding part 19 is moved by turning the electric motor 49. |
