PURPOSE:To reduce the eddy current loss between core layers by a half without deteriorating the rigid characteristics of the core by a method wherein a combined body is formed to have a prescribed width by putting electrical steel plates with different plate widths and a unit block core is composed of a plurality of the combined bodies which are piled up and the unit block cores which have different combination are alternately piled up. CONSTITUTION:Electrical steel plates 1 whose plate width is (a) and electrical steel plates 2 whose plate width is (2a) are prepared. Both types of the plates are made of amorphous magentic material. The electrical steel plates 1 with the plate width (a) are put along the both sides of the electrical steel plate 2 with the plate width (2a) like butting each other to form a combined body 3. A unit block core 4 is composed of a plurality of the combined bodies 3 by piling them up. Two electrical steel plates 2 with the plate width (2a) are put side by side like butting each other to form a combined body 5. A unit block core 6 is composed of a plurality of the combined bodies 5 by piling them up. The required number of those unit block cores 4 and 6 are alternately piled in such a manner that the butted parts of the electrical plates 1 and 2 or 2 and 2 of adjacent unit block cores 4, 6 do not come together and a core with a rectangular cross section is composed. |
