PURPOSE:To produce seasoned salmon roe having unique flavor, by dipping raw salmon roe in a specific seasoning solution, bringing the seasoned salmon roe into contact with a high-osmotic pressure substance through a semipermeable membrane and dehydrating the salmon roe. CONSTITUTION:Raw salmon roe are dipped in a seasoning solution consisting essentially of an alcohol, Guinea pepper and seasoning and seasoned and the salmon roe are pulled up when the seasoning solution is moderately permeated.
