PURPOSE:To prevent a water intake port from its blockade due to flotage, by providing a projecting part, which protrudes from the side surface of a propeller casing, in at least one part of the periphery of the water intake port formed in the side surface of the propeller casing. CONSTITUTION:A device, in which a projecting part 31 is provided in the upper and the bottom of a water intake port 29, prevents flotage, even if it is tangled about a propeller casing 13, from adhering to the water intake port 29 by existence of the projecting part 31, and a clearance is formed between the projecting part and the water intake port 29. In this way, the device, simplifying its construction, prevents the water intake port 29 from its blockade due to the flotage. |
