The invention relates to an entertainment machine having rotary bodies which carry win symbols and which are started and stopped in succession by control unit. A stopped rotary body can be restarted manually by means of a restart button. A play-off subsequently takes place in a randomly controlled manner on a win-indicating ladder formed in a strictly monotonic win sequence. The win-indicating ladder consists of a plurality of indicator elements which are each win-specific and which can be activated successively by the control unit up to the indicator element of the highest win, before the control unit continuously activates the indicator element in response to the win signal detected. To achieve an additional factor creating suspense, if a restart of a stopped rotary body is not used, a second play-off in at least one win-indicating ladder is granted.
