<p>PURPOSE:To prepare rubber molding having no deformation and a stable quality, by setting an outermost rubber layer in a mold and pouring thereafter a rubber inner layer to mold them in a body. CONSTITUTION:At first, outermost rubber layers 1, 2 are separately prepared by means of an injection molding machine. One to several pouring holes 4 to be connected with rubber pouring holes 7 of a mold 6 are provided on the outermost rubber layer. The outermost rubber layers, 1, 2 prepared in advance are set in the mold 6 through a core metal 5, a rubber is poured into the inside of the outermost rubber layer 1 through the rubber pouring hole 7 of the mold and the rubber pouring hole 4 of the outermost rubber layer 1, molded and vulcanized in a body to make rubber molding. Because the outermost rubber layer of thin thickness can be molded in advance and then, the inner rubber layer can be poured by means of the injection molding machine and molded in a body, it is possible to prepare efficiently a homogeneous product.</p> |
