A substrate (1) in the form of a plate of rigid insulating material is provided with printed leads (2), on each of which is a metal iselt (3) to provide electrical contact with measurement points on an etched circuit, or with similar points on an electronic circuit carrier. The printed leads are connected to contacts arranged in a row on the printed circuit edge. The metal islets are considerable in number and are pref. made of gold so that contact resistance remains low. They have small dimensions, with a height if less than 100 micrometers. A number of electronic circuits (5) are applied to a film (12) in which apertures are provided over their measurement points. A stamp (13) of soft rubber presses film around the most central of the circuits against the printed circuit so that their measurement points make contact with the islets. |
