<p>PURPOSE:To shorten carrying time, by transferring a branch device in the direction of high passing frequency, when the passing of carriers through the branch device is completed. CONSTITUTION:By a linear motor carrier controller 16, speed command is applied to the driving gears 13 of a stator, and the transfer command of the branch device 17 of linear motor carriers 11 is applied to a branch driving gear 18. The linear motor carrier controller 16 is controlled overall by a lower system controller 20. A carrier system is provided with a frequency computing device 21 for computing frequency in the passing direction of a carrier 14 passing the branch device 17. When the passing of the carrier 14 through the branch device 17 is completed, then the branch device 17 is transferred in the diminishing order of computed passing frequencies. As a result, a carrying time can be shortened.</p> |
