PURPOSE:To fix a compression allowance precisely by making a compression allowance control cylinder into a state of mechanical locking, by interrupting inflow hydraulic oil into the compression allowance control cylinder completely at timing of arrival of a compression allowance value at a preset value. CONSTITUTION:A compression allowance S is formed by actuating a compression allowance cylinder 10. Inflow hydraulic pressure into a compression allowance control cylinder 10 is interrupted instantaneously and completely at timing of arrival of the S at a preset value, the cylinder 10 is made into a state of mechanical lock practically and the compression allowance S is fixed precisely. Then resin is injected within a cavity 8 by moving an injection cylinder 14 forward. Along with decompression of pressure of the compression allowance control cylinder 190 by releasing a shut off valve 15 a piston rod 5a is moved forward until the S turns zero, mold clamping is preformed and the resin is compressed. |
