<p>The head (1) of a golf club, such as a putter, has a shaped cavity (2) in its base (3). One of a number of shaped weights (6) may be removably located on the head (1) with the lowermost surface of the weight (6) flush with the base (3) of the head. Means for attaching the weight (6) to the head (1) may comprise a threaded bore (4) adapted to receive a threaded screw (5) holding a weight (6).
