<p>PURPOSE:To reduce cost by providing a shift register and an exclusive logic gate circuit in which output data of each digit of the shift register is applied to an input terminal, and the output is applied to a switching element which turns a thermal resistance element ON/OFF. CONSTITUTION:A shift register SPa to store ON/OFF data of each thermal resistance element 31-3k and exclusive logic gate circuits X01-X0K in which output data of each digit of the shift register SPa are applied to an input terminal, and its output is applied to switching transistors Tr1-Trk which turn the thermal resistance elements 31-3k ON/OFF, are provided. When ON/OFF data is transferred to each thermal resistance element 31-3k from the shift register SPa in the first half of a recording cycle, a pulse signal of prearranged cycle is applied to another input terminal of the exclusive logic gate circuits X01-X0K. Since it is possible to constitute a drive circuit with only the shift register SPa and the exclusive logic gate circuits X01-X0K, the constitution is simple, and the cost becomes low.</p> |
