发明名称 FLOTATION PROCESS FOR ORE CONTAINING CHALCOCITE AND PYRITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently separate chalocite by flotation from the ore contg. chalcocite and pyrite in good yield by adjusting the concn. and pH of the ore soln. to specified values, and then adding a specified amt. of a flotation reagent contg. a sulfiding agent and potassium amylxanthate to the soln. CONSTITUTION:The ore contg. chalcocite and pyrite is crushed to form an ore soln., the concn. of the ore soln. is controlled to 20-50wt.%, and the pH is adjusted to >=10. One or more kinds of sulfiding agents selected from a group consisting of sodium sulfide, ammonium sulfide, and sodium hydrosulfide is then added to the soln. by 0.1-1kg per ton ore, and conditioning is carried out. Potassium amylxanthate by 20-200g per ton ore and other flotation reagents are further added to the soln. to separate chalcocite by flotation. As a result, the copper yield from the roughed concentrate contg. copper is remark ably improved when the ore contg. chalcocite and pyrite is roughed.
