In a concrete mould, a mould releasing paper is placed on the bottom on which are arranged a water pipe plumbing and a reinforcement of steel bar and is poured concrete to be mortar-finished. Another mould is placed on top of the finished mould to pour another unit in layers one by one in order. The top edge of the unit is inclined in tapering. The units are laid on a flat bed to assemble a hot floor (Ondol) with the connection of the water pipes and with mortar finshing between the units.
