On the center line of an axle cylinder of a rotary drum (4) is installed a water jet nozzle (9) to operate in cooperation with a known air compressor (6) provided on the front side of the cylinder. On the center line within another axle cylinder opposite the first one is installed a high pressure oil burner (5). In the middle of the gas expansion chamber (3) is provided a fixed diffusion plate (1), which is heated to a high temperature by the burner and heats the mixture of preheated air and water from the first axle cylinder into explosively high energized gas to be applied to turbine vanes for rotation.
