<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a special stereoscopic image in which the left and right sides and the projection and recessed parts of an ordinary stereoscopic image are reversed by making the system to a second opening and closing operation state by a switching means, and observing video for right eye by left eye, and video for left eye by right eye. CONSTITUTION:When inverted shutter switching signals are selected by operating the change-over switch 10 of a switching means 8, inverted shutter switching signals that become low (high) level corresponding to odd (even) number field are given to a driving control circuit 9. In such a case, a liquid crystal shutter goes to the state of second opening and closing operation in which only left (right) lens part 6b (6a) becomes open state in odd (even) number field in which video for right (left) eye is displayed. Accordingly, in the second state of opening and closing operation, video for right (left) eye is observed by opposite left (right) eye and the left and right sides and the projection and recessed parts are reversed compared with the ordinary first state of opening and closing operation.</p> |
