PURPOSE:To seek to satisfactorily remove grinding rubbish by forming an endless sanding belt of water-permeable nonwoven fabric belt and injecting washings or pressure air from the inside of a belt toward outside. CONSTITUTION:An endless sanding belt 10 is made of nonwoven fabric having permeability which is applied with grinding powder and hung on a group of rolls 7-9 and driven, thus the substance to be processed on a feeding belt 4 is pressed and polished by a pressing pad 6. Plural washings injection nozzles 12 whose ports are directed outward are provided inside the sanding belt 10 and plural pressure air injection nozzles 14 are arranged from the inside of a standing up part of the belt 10 toward outside. The supply of the fluid and the pressure air to the injection nozzles 12, 14 is performed through opening/ closing valves 12b, 14b. Accordingly, the grinding rubbish on the surface of the sanding belt 10 is removed satisfactorily by the injection and grinding modes such as wet type, dry type, etc. become possible by the operation of the opening/ closing valves 12b, 14b. |
