PURPOSE:To continuously form a great amount of package with good efficiency by simple packing operation by a method in which a laminating sheet is packed into a female mold while partly folding it, and an expanded synthetic resin sheet softened by heating as a main material is pushed into the mold by plug, etc. CONSTITUTION:Paper 2 and an expanded sheet 3 are set, and the bottom 2b of the paper 2 is orderly sucked under vacuum by means of a sucker 6 advanced from the bottom of a female mold 1. The sucker 6 is retracted and the paper 2 is sucked into the mold 1 wile biasing the timing of the sucking operation from the left-side molding section 1a as shown in the drawing. Under the condition, a plug mold 7 as a presser is advanced from above the sheet 3, and the sheet 3 is pushed into the molding section 1a to form an expanded form along the section 1a and the paper 2. In this case, since an adhesive 4 is applied, on the paper 2, the paper 2 can be strongly bonded to the sheet 3 at the same time as the sheet 3 is formed. |
