PURPOSE:To enable processing at high efficiency and with high accuracy by arranging two or more units for pressure roller which pressurizes a grinding tape and setting each pressure roller in different conditions so as to process. CONSTITUTION:Grinding tapes 10 are transferred, in the arrow 12 on both sides of a disc 1 to be ground and two pressure rollers 20, 21 are provided per one sheet of the grinding tape 10 and the disc 1 is ground by the pressure through the rotation of the disc 1. The rubber hardness of the pressure roller 20 is designed at about 70 deg. and that of the pressure roller 2 is designed at about 30 deg.. The processing speed can be made into short time by the pressurization of the pressure roller 20 and next the roughness of the processing surface can be modified by the pressurization of the pressure roller 21. Accordingly the processing efficiency is increased and at the same time, processing accuracy is improved. |
