PURPOSE:To enable a plurality of fuel to be securely supplied, in an internal combustion engine, by introducing the fuel pressure in at least two fuel injection pipes in the direction opposing to force feed pistons to drive the force feed pistons of fuel force feeders. CONSTITUTION:The first and second fuel force feeders 12a, 12b are operated by receiving the fuel pressure in the fuel injection pipes 24a, 24b and 24c, 24d connected to the first and second, and the third and fourth cylinders. For instance, when the main fuel pressure in the fuel injection pipe 24a is raised by a fuel injection pump 10, the fuel injection valve 14a of the first cylinder opens, and at the same time a force feed piston 48 moves in the right direction without subjected to the action of a return spring, so that the auxiliary fuel in a fuel chamber 52 is pushed out, and the auxiliary fuel in a tank 20 is sucked in. The auxiliary fuel thus pushed out is not sent to the first cylinder due to the action of a check valve 36, but is previously filled to the end parts of the remaining fuel injection valves 14b-14d so as to be distributed. Thus, a plurality of fuel can be securely supplied. |
