PURPOSE:To collect a precipitated part rich in protein and nucleic acid readily, by treating milt of fish with protease derived from microorganism, digesting the treated milt of fish and centrifuging the resultant broth. CONSTITUTION:Milt of fish is blended with 0.02-0.5wt.% protease (e.g. one derived from microorganism belonging to the genus Aspergillus, etc.) derived from a microorganism and the milt is digested. Then the digested milt is centri fuged and the prepared precipitate is collected. The milt can be filtered and centrifuged even without adding water and the precipitate is directly used as a food additive, cosmetic, etc., or dried, powdered and used. |
