PURPOSE:To dry cooked rice to give uniform moisture state even in the case of a nonuniform moisture content of the cooked rice, by providing the first and second paddles and drying mechanism in a blending device arranged under a hopper in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:A blending device 3 is arranged under a hopper 2 and the first paddles (4a) and (4b) are horizontally installed at an angle different from that of the first paddles in the blending device 3. The second paddles (7a) (not shown in the figure) and (7b) are provided at a different angle below the first paddles. Cooked rice homogeneously blended by the first and second paddles is dried by a drying mechanism 11 to give uniform moisture state. |
