<p>PURPOSE:To make methane fermentation efficient by subjecting organic waste water to anaerobic reducing treatment and desulfurizing the generated gas, and simultaneously using one part of the gas for stirring. CONSTITUTION:Organic waste water is cooled or heated with a heat exchanger 2 and made to 36-55 deg.C and introduced into an anaerobic reduction tank 3 and regulated to 4.5-5.5pH if necessary. One part of gas generated thereby is used for stirring for the anaerobic reduction tank by a gas circulating means such as a blower. The residual gas unused for stirring is introduced into a desulfurization tower 4 and treated with an alkali soln., desulfurized and deodorized. The concn. of hydrogen sulfide is regulated to 20-30ppm and this is subjected to methane fermentation in an anaerobic digestion tank 6. Thereby this method is made economically favorable.</p> |
