PURPOSE:To enhance the abrasion resistance of a blade and the initial lubricating performance by making the part of blade contacting the cylinder from a sintering of ferro-based alloy, forming the part contacting the rotor from a sintering of high speed steel or die steel, and by covering the part contacting the cylinder with a lubricative film. CONSTITUTION:Each blade 5 of a rotary compressor consists of a cylinder slide contact part 5a to contact the bore of the hole 4 of cylinder 1 and a rotor slide contact part 5b to be in slide contact with the periphery of rotor 3, which are consolidated as in a single piece. The rotor slide contact part 5b is formed from a sintering of high speed steel or die steel, while the cylinder slide contact part 5a from a sintering of alloy incl. Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, C, and Fe as the rest. The surface of the cylinder slide contact part 5a is covered with a lubricative film upon undergoing a phosphate coating treatment. According to this construction, blade 5 is equipped with an enhanced abrasion resistance, and further, the initial lubricating performance can be enhanced because the material sustains phosphate coating treatment. |
