摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the relative relation between a focus detecting sensor and secondary imaging lens by displacing the focus detecting sensor in the optical axis direction of an objective lens from a secondary imaging plane and displacing diaphragm aperture members in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis of a secondary imaging lens. CONSTITUTION:Supposing that a deviation of an imaging position on the secondary imaging plane J arises by epsilon when the axis L of a lens part 12c is offcentered by delta, the positions of the apertures 22c, 22d of the diaphragm 22 can be moved and changed. The image deviated in position by epsilon on the secondary imaging plane J is so adjusted as to intersect with the axis K on the sensor plane H, then the aperture 22c of the diaphragm 22 is moved by c in order that the focusing error is eliminated lines. The deviation of the image position arising from the rotation of the diaphragm 22 is slight even if the position in the optical axis direction of the sensor is deviated by the error in production. The adjustment of the relative positional relations between the line sensor and the secondary imaging lens in such a manner as to match the projection positions on the primary imaging plane of the paired line sensors is thereby permitted.
