摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process of piezoelectric elements by laminating sintered piezoelectric ceramic plates in which internal electrodes of prescribed forms are formed by the use of conductive glass, thereby joining them by the use of molten glass and causing the internal electrodes to be exposed by cutting the laminated plates to a prescribed size so as to form external electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sintered piezoelectric ceramic plates 34 that are formed by processing internal electrodes 32 having prescribed forms likely comprising a lot of electrodeless parts 30 at both surfaces with the process of sputtering of conductive glass or screen printing are laminated and are jointed into one by the use of molten conductive glass after treating with heat. And then, the internal electrodes 32 are formed at the piezoelectric ceramic plate 34 so that a plenty of electrodeless parts 30 can be left at a designated pitch lengthwise and crosswise and the electrodeless parts 30 are provided at positions so that both surfaces do not meet each other. As a result, it is unnecessary for metal terminal plates to be inserted in and a large number of piezoelectric elements 36 can be obtained by cutting a block prepared by performing a single laminating process into a prescribed size.
