PURPOSE:To improve accuracy for the velocity to excitation by changing the velocity of opening and closing of a flow control valve according at least either to travel distance or to running time independent of the velocity of a riding cage, during the riding cage is excited. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 1 makes flow control valves UV, DV for ascension or for descent opened at the predetermined velocity during acceleration running, and when the velocity of a riding cage C detected by a rotary encoder RE reaches a predetermined velocity, acceleration is stopped, and the open velocity of flow control valves UV, DV being lowered for shifting to steady running, opening is terminated at last. When the excitation of the riding cage C is judged in the middle of the acceleration running, through the change in the velocity to the negative direction by a greater rate than the predetermined value, opening or closing control of flow control valves UV, DV by the velocity is stopped, and switched to opening or closing control by travel distance or by running time. Thereby, a control error in the velocity detection is eliminated even for the excitation of a riding cage. |
