PURPOSE:To enhance the abrasion resistance of a blade and the initial lubricat ing performance by forming a blade from a sintering of high speed steel or die steel containing ferro oxides 15-30% by volume, and by subjecting it to oil impregnation treatment. CONSTITUTION:Each blade 5 of a rotary compressor is formed from a sintering of high speed steel or die steel. An example of the composition of high speed steel by weight is C 0.8-1.5%, Cr 3-5%, W 5-7%, V 1-3%, Co below 1%, and Fe as the rest, while that of die steel is C 1.5-2.5%, Cr 1-3%, Mo 0.5-2%, V 1-3%, and Fe as the rest. Thereupon ferro oxides of 15-30% by volume are formed through vapor treatment etc., and then it undergoes oil impregnation treatment. This will enhance the abrasion resistance of the blade 5 and also the initial lubricating performance, which should provide stable operation of the rotary compressor. |
