PURPOSE:To stably attain high speed operation for the titled circuit without being inflicted by the effect of mutual interference of duty ratio and signal by using 1st-4th means to detect the changing point of a 1st signal and 1st-3rd changing point of a 2nd signal and using 5th and 6th means to detect the time difference among the changing points. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit has a 1st means 10 detecting a changing point T1 of the 1st signal 100, 2nd-4th means 20, 30, 40 detecting change 1st-3rd changing points T2-T4 after the changing point T1, 5th means 50 detecting a time difference TU between the changing points T1 and T2, and 6th means 60 detecting a time difference TD between the changing points T3 and T4 to detect the phase difference between 1st signal 100 and 2nd signal 200 through the time difference between the time differences TV and TU. Since the detected phase is unchanged by the duty ratio of the input signal and the mutual interference of the output signal, a stable phase comparator circuit with small error is realized. |
