PURPOSE:To obtain a bifidobacterium-containing tablet, few in deactivation of bifidobacterium, besides having high hardness also at low pressure and excellent stability and useful to maintainance and improvement of health, by making the tablet using a saccharide fatty acid ester as a binder. CONSTITUTION:The aimed tablet is made according to ordinal method using Bifidobacterium, embryo extract powder, honey, fructooligosaccharide, vitamin C and flaver, etc., as well as saccharide fatty acid ester as a binder and further preferably talc as a lubricant. The saccharide fatty acid ester and lubricant are used in an amount of 0.5-10wt%, preferably 1-3wt% and 0.2-0.5wt%, based on the total tablet respectively. The Bifidobacterium, embryo extract powder, honey, fructooligosaccharide, vitamin C and flavor are blended in an amount of 10-20wt%, 10-20wt%, 12-52wt%, 12-52wt%, 1-5wt% and 0.1wt%, based on the total tablet, respectively. |
