<p>PURPOSE:To detect any abnormality of a lever mechanism, etc. in an early stage by raising an alarm when the deviation between the calculated value of a control factor based on a valve opening requiring signal and actual control factor value exceeds the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:In the control device of a steam valve 3, the motion of each connecting portion of the second, the third and the fourth lever 11, 12, 13 of a lever mechanism 2 is calculated through an opening requiring signal 101 by a calculator 40 to output these calculated value signals 401-403. And, the detected signals 407-409 of lever position are formed by the position detectors 43a-43c and transducers 44a-44c of each lever 11, 12, 13. And the deviations between the calculated value signals and the detected signals are obtained by comparators 46a-46c to actuate an alarm device 48 in case of the excess of the predetermined values of setting devices 47a-47c. Thereby, the abnormality of the lever mechanism 2 is detected in an early stage.</p> |
