PRINT HEAD A print head for use in a dot matrix printer or the like which comprises a plurality of non-magnetic frames 40 which carry aligned magnets 56, 58, the frames being arranged in a stack with spaces between the magnets carried therefy, the print hammers 28 being movably located in those spaces and extending out beteween the frames to the printing station. A head comprising a desired number of hammers is built up by stacking the appropriate numbers of alternating frames and hammers.
