PURPOSE:To improve the small turning performance of a car body installing each separate hydraulic power source for the hydraulic type steering assisting means for steering front and rear wheels and installing a control valve for connecting the supply side passage of a power cylinder for rear wheels with a tank when the rear wheel reaches the max. steering angle. CONSTITUTION:A power steering gear PS for steering front wheels which switches a control valve 27 according to the revolution of an input shaft 26 and assists the steering power by the hydraulic pressure supplied from a pump P1 as a hydraulic power source for front wheel is provided. Further, an all hydraulic pressure type steering unit 28 consisting of a rotary valve for selecting the direction of discharge which is interlocked with a steering wheel 25 and a control pump for controlling the flow rate is provided, and the discharged oil from a pump P2 as the hydraulic power source for rear wheels is flow-rate-controlled and supplied into a power cylinder S for steering the rear wheels through a mode control valve (m), etc. Further, an electromagnetic control valve 42 which is switched to the opening position when the rear wheel reaches the max. steering angle and a limit switch 26 is turned-ON and further introduces the supply side passage of the power cylinder S to a tank T is provided. |
