PURPOSE:To secure such an ornamental body that is full of a three-dimensional feeling and excellent in originality, by burying more than two layers of ornamental layers between both upper and lower surfaces of a transparent plastic, while installing an ornamental base material in the lower surface of this transparent plastic. CONSTITUTION:More than two layers of ornamental layers 14 and 14a consisting of metal foil and an ornamental film, or such one printing ornamental patterns on these elements by means of silk screen printing, roll leaf hot stamping and so on are buried between an upper surface 11 and a lower surface 13 of a transparent plastic body 12. And, an ornamental base material 16 consisting of an extrusion molding product or an injection molding product or the like of plastics and made up of printing a geometrical pattern or a proper pattern on its surface 16a is installed in the lower surface 13 of the transparent plastic body 12, forming an ornamental body 19.
