<p>PURPOSE:To contrive not to form an inflated part on the surface of a base material and to improve the drawing strength of a bracket, by placing a top layer fleece on a bottom layer fleece where the bracket is placed, fitting the bracket into a bracket hole of said fleece, and hot-pressing the obtained laminate of the bottom layer fleece and the top layer fleece. CONSTITUTION:A bottom layer fleece 1C prepared by mixing and entangling fibers and a binder is placed on the face of a bottom force 32 of a hot-press mold 3 consisting of a top force 31 and the bottom force 32, and a bracket 2 having a bottom face wherein flanges 24 and 24 are projected from both lower ends is placed on a specified position of the top face of the lower layer fleece 1C. A top layer fleece 1D, which has the same constitution as that of the bottom layer fleece 1C and a bracket hole 11D set at a position corresponding to the position of the bracket on the bottom layer fleece 1C, is placed on the top, then the bracket 2 is fit into the bracket hole 11D. The laminate of the bottom layer fleece 1C and the top layer fleece 1D is hot-pressed by a top force 31 and the bottom force 32 of a hot-press mold 3 to make the bottom layer fleece 1C and the top layer fleece 1D into resin boards 1A and 1B respectively.</p> |
