DOOR HINGE OF A REFRIGERATOR

The hinge has respective hinge halves attached to the refrigerator casing and of the door respectively the first half having a protruding pin fitting into a slot in the second half, both halves also having cooperating stops. The pin is rotatable relative to the reception slot and can also be displaced in the inwards direction by cooperation of the stops when the door is immediately adjacent the door opening. Pref. the first hinge half has a projecting plate through which the pivot pin is fitted. The latter carries a loose cylindrical sleeve and fits into an elongate slot. The rear part of the second hinge half has a guide slot receiving a guide pin.
