<p>Unit providing medication use information to aid patiant compliance with a regimen comprises a timing unit which has a time display and is responsive to a sensor detecting opening or closing of a medication container for dispensing to set the display which is maintained when the container is closed to show last use time. The display may show minutes, hour, day, date, week and/or month, and the unit pref. has a processor determining the number of sensor signals received within a given time period and showing this on the display. The unit may also have circuitry for showing elapsed time since the last signal and the set time for the next dose.</p> |
