PURPOSE:To attain stably the distribution and combination of ultrahigh frequency power of a broad band by providing the 2nd cavity resonator in magnetic field coupling radially to a circular cavity resonator so as to couple a waveguide or a coaxial line to the 2nd cavity resonator. CONSTITUTION:Since the 1st cavity resonator 2 is a circular cavity resonator and the 2nd resonator 4 and a waveguide 6 are formed radially to the 1st cavity resonator 2, they are manufactured easily. In case of the power distributor, an ultrahigh frequency signal inputted from an input waveguide 8 is coupled with the 1st cavity resonator 2 from an electric field coupling antenna 10 via a coaxial line 9, coupled with the 2nd cavity resonator 4 via a magnetic field coupling iris 3 and a distributed output is distributed to an amplifier or the like from an output waveguide 6. In case of the power combination device, the ultrahigh frequency signal inputted respectively from the input waveguide 6 is coupled by means of magnetic field with the 1st cavity resonator 2, the combined output is propagated to a coaxial line 9 by the electric field coupling antenna 10 and the combined output is obtained via an output waveguide 8.
