PURPOSE:To enhance long-term preservability in a high temp. state by preserving a coupler sheet in non-oxidative gas and filling the gap part of a housing with inert gas or nitrogen gas as a packing method. CONSTITUTION:Holes 7 having a small diameter are opened to an upper box 3 and a lower box 4 both of which are made of single-side coated paper. A coupler sheet 5 is received in the lower box 4 and the upper box 3 is closed and nitrogen gas is blown in the boxes from the holes 7 while the upper box 3 is lightly pressed to fill the boxes with the nitrogen gas. Immediately thereafter, the boxes are wrapped in a wrapping film 2 so that the polyethylene terephthalate film 2a of said film 2 becomes the outside and an inflation film 2b of an ionomer is thermally fused using a hot plate to perfectly seal the boxes. The boxes may be formed from a metal or plastic and the wrapping film may be formed from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride or a metal foil. As the gas, any non-oxidative gas such as helium, neon or argon may be used. |
