PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging in a drain pipe by the generation of slime for a long period of time, sticking of scale thereto and corrosion thereof by using a preventive agent formed by incorporating a hydrazine compd., scale preventive agent and corrosion preventive agent as effective components into said agent, mixing the same with a binder and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The hydrazine compd. slightly soluble in water (e.g., hydrazine sulfate), the scale preventive agent slightly soluble in water and the corrosion preventive agent (e.g., calcium phosphonate salt) are incorporated as the essential components into said agent and are mixed and kneaded with the binder (e.g., PE glycol which is a high polymer), then the mixture is molded. The chemicals in the preventive agent air dissolved little by little by contact with the generated drain if the titled preventive agent formed in the above-mentioned is installed in the drain receiving tray or near the discharge port of the drain pipe. The effect of preventing the generation of the slime and the sticking of the scale is thereby maintained for along period of time. The clogging in the drain pipe for air conditioning and the sticking of scale thereto are thus prevented for a long period of time. |
