PURPOSE:To obtain the title TOFU effective for eliminating geriatric diseases such as arteriosclerosis or diabetes by blending TOFU with powder of apple fibers. CONSTITUTION:When immersed raw material soybeans are fed to a grinder, 1-30% based on the used raw material of powder of apple fibers is dissolved in grinding water to be simultaneously supplied and the raw material is made into TOFU to give the objective TOFU. |
