Implement has an injection moulded handle, pref. of nylon, with one end moulded around a bridge section of a head between two working surfaces. Bridge length and width are pref. less than those of the head working ends and the outer surface of the handle attachment end is coextensive with the working ends. The implement is partic. a double bit axe, a maul with cutting and hammer edges, or a sledgehammer. For an implement with one working face, partic. a shovel or hoe, the plastics is moulded around a head attachement part and also within a hole through the head. |
