PURPOSE:To obtain a composite which has excellent magnetic characteristics, mechanical characteristics and light permeability by introducing a ternary system composition which contains specific quantity of ferrite, which has spinner type crystal structure, CaO and SiO2. CONSTITUTION:An oxide mixture which contains 10-30mol% of ferrite, which has spinner type crystal structure, 20-90mol% of CaO and 0-65mol% of SiO2 is heated and melted in an oxidizing atmosphere of 0.2-10atm of oxygen proportional pressure at 1,300-1,600 deg.C and rapidly cooled down from the temperature at least 1,200 deg.C. The cooling rate is more than 5 deg.C/sec and the larger the cooling rate, the more uniform the obtained amorphous composition. With this constitution, magnetic characteristics, mechanical characteristics and light permeability and the like are improved. |
