<p>PURPOSE:To enhance removing ratio of HCl by forming a moving layer consisting of a carrier for trapping lime blown in exhaust gas and vertically shifting louvers with each other in the front and the rear of the moving layer and adjacently providing them with each other. CONSTITUTION:While exhaust gas contg. lime powder introduced into an HCl remover 4 is passed through a moving layer 14, lime powder and dust are trapped with granular carriers 13 and nonreacted HCl is allowed to react with trapped lime powder and the removing ratio of HCl is enhanced. Since the front and rear louvers 15, 16 are approached, vertically shifted with each other and installed, the granular carriers 13 descending through the moving layer 14 are allowed to alternately collide against the front louvers 15 and the rear louvers 16, therefore the moving layer 14 is not made compact and pressure drop is small.</p> |
