The present invention relates to a modular device for display during sale used in the various departments of a shop, making it possible to obtain special configurations interrupting the alignment, such as breaks. The device comprises posts 21, 31, racks 1, 71, ties 33, 22. The posts and ties form frames 20 located at set points in the holes of the rack. When the frames are aligned, locking is obtained by a plate with variable slots, when a break is produced, the posts are located at different points and are connected by cheeks 40 in which masks 45, 46 can be arranged. Holding studs 14 and 15 reinforce the stiffness and improve centring. Advantages : movement of a panel without moving the base and neighbouring panels, assembly without tools and improvement of stability. <IMAGE>
